CenterState CEO is pleased to announce three new hires within its Administration and Human Capital team, the Greater Syracuse Business Development Corporation (GSBDC) and the Greater Oswego-Fulton Chamber of Commerce (GOFCC).

Morgan Flack is the small business loan manager for the GSBDC. In this role, Flack leads the underwriting and approval process of lending products, including SBA 504 loans, funding from revolving loans and the CenterState Growth + Equity Fund. Flack comes from PrimeLending, a PlainsCapital Company, where she served as a residential loan officer.

Christine Sicurella joins the GOFCC as its coordinator. As the coordinator, Sicurella works closely with GOFCC leadership to enhance internal processes, scheduling and communication within its membership. Additionally, Sicurella will work on expanding the Employee Discount Key Tag program and support the planning and implementation of community events and initiatives. Sicurella has over a decade of experience in education, as well as a strong background in event planning, community outreach and advocacy.

Steven Taddeo joins CenterState CEO as the director of information technology. Taddeo leads CenterState’s IT strategy, managing daily operations and continuing to oversee the organization’s ongoing relationship with ACC Technical Services. Taddeo joins the organization after working closely with CenterState CEO through its partnership with ACC Technical Services where he was instrumental in supporting CenterState CEO’s IT systems and helping to troubleshoot issues.
