CenterState CEO stands with the LGBTQIA2S+ community. Read CenterState CEO's full statement of support as we begin celebrating Pride Month:
CenterState CEO stands with and celebrates the LGBTQIA2S+ community, not just during Pride Month but throughout the year, because inclusion and equity make our community more vibrant, rich and resilient. People who identify as LGBTQIA2S+ are our families, friends, colleagues and neighbors. But we must recognize that, while some feel supported in openly celebrating their identity, there are many that live in fear, have a lack of support or face discrimination and bigotry. We have seen the impact that global and national legislation has had on this community and people’s ability to live and work in a way that is authentically them. DEI focused companies, organizations and leaders are also coming under attack for addressing the needs of this community. At CenterState CEO, our vision is to create a community where business thrives and ALL people prosper. As such, we will always strive to support a more inclusive business community and Central New York.
