Series to Highlight People and Projects Driving Growth in Region
Talk CNY is presented by NBT Bank and can be found on all major podcast platforms
SYRACUSE, N.Y. – CenterState CEO will launch Talk CNY, presented by NBT Bank, Jan. 25. This new semimonthly podcast series will share the latest news and information on topics ranging from community and workforce development, to policy, innovation and DEI. It will feature leaders from across Central New York that will shine a spotlight on the growth and opportunities happening in the region.
“This community is on an exciting new growth trajectory. Through this podcast business and community leaders, and the public, can learn about the dynamics contributing to this progress and how it’s reshaping the place we call home,” said Elle Hanna, CenterState CEO senior vice president of Marketing and Communications. “The average commute time across Central New York is about 15 minutes, and each podcast is the same length, so in just two commutes a month you’ll get inside access to the people, projects and planning that are moving this region forward.”
The first episode, The Central New York Economy in 2023, features an extended length conversation with CenterState CEO President Rob Simpson who shares his thoughts on the regional economy, the optimism expressed by local businesses leaders, and how the Micron effect creates and imperative to take a long-term outlook.
“This new podcast will serve as a great resource for area professionals and leaders to tune in to the conversations that are on everyone’s mind as our region undergoes this exciting renaissance,” said NBT Bank Regional President David Kavney. “NBT Bank is honored to play a role in supporting this initiative and we look forward to the great dialogue to come.”
The series will be available on all major podcast platforms, on CenterState CEO’s website and its member platform, Click, starting Jan. 25. Additional business focused podcasts will go direct to the Click resource channel for members and businesses to access. Click is CenterState CEO's interactive digital chamber solution where members connect, learn and receive support.
