CenterState CEO Listed as One of New York's Best Places to Work

CenterState CEO is pleased to announce it has again been listed as one of the top small employers in the state, according to the New York State Society for Human Resource Management and Best Companies Group annual Best Companies to Work for in New York awards program. CenterState CEO placed 15 out of 23 in this year's small employer rankings.
“We are so proud to be named an employer of choice again this year. CenterState CEO's presence in the small business category since 2018 is a reflection of those who work for and lead this organization,” said Susan Phillips, director of human resources at CenterState CEO. “Th feedback we receive through the survey from our employees is incredibly valuable and helps us as an organization to better understand what’s working, and where we can grow. Congratulations to all of this year's awardees, especially the CenterState CEO members joining us in this year’s rankings that are making this region a great place to live and work."
The program evaluates and ranks the best places of employment in the state based on employee satisfaction and engagement, as well as workplace practices and policies. This is CenterState CEO’s eighth consecutive year making the list.
