CenterState CEO President and CEO Rob Simpson recently spoke with NewsChannel 9 WSYR about the need to build more housing as Central New York grows.
"Right now, we are in a position where we are pricing people, middle class families and workers, out of the market here in Onondaga County. The full impact of Micron's investment and forthcoming population growth hasn't even begun to be felt yet," said CenterState CEO President Rob Simpson. "We have a housing crisis today, and our community leaders need to come together and continue to try to solve this problem. But the solution to the problem is simple: We need more housing period."
