CNY ON-RAMP Announces New Hires

CNY ON-RAMP, Inc. supported by CenterState CEO welcomed three new employees to its organization. These individuals will join the rest of the O-NRAMP team at its temporary location, 1224 W Genesee St., Syracuse.

Menyia Hicks is the executive assistant to the Chief Executive Officer. As the Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer, Hicks provides strategic and administrative support to ensure ON-RAMP’s leadership operates with clarity, coordination, and efficiency. Her prior experience includes roles as both a human resources manager and executive assistant, where she was recognized for her professionalism, adaptability, and people-first approach. Hicks lives in Syracuse, NY and is currently pursuing an associate's degree in human services at Onondaga Community College.
Michael Pasquale serves as CNY ON-RAMP’s Chief Program Officer. In this role, Pasquale provides strategic development, implementation and evaluation of workforce programs at ON-RAMP. He also supports program strategy, team leadership, and partnership collaboration to ensure programmatic excellence and measurable outcomes. Pasquale has more than 35 years of experience in nonprofit leadership, program innovation, grant management, and workforce development serving diverse and underserved communities. He holds an MPA from Syracuse University’s Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs and a bachelor’s degree from Le Moyne College.
Gary Williams is the Director of Operations at CNY ON-RAMP. Williams oversees and optimizes ON-RAMP’s day-to-day operations. This includes managing the organization’s programs, facilities, technology, and operational functions to ensure efficiency and alignment with ON-RAMP’s mission. Willams previously served as the Chief Operating Officer at Anthony Jordan Health, Inc. He has a bachelor's degree in political science from Le Moyne College, a Master of Public Administration from Long Island University–Post, and a Master of Healthcare Administration from Cornell University.
