Economist: 2018 will be Central NY's best since Great Recession

Salina, N.Y. -- The Central New York economy still trails much of the nation's, but 2018 should be one of its best years in nearly a decade, an economist told more than 600 people at CenterState CEO's annual Economic Forecast Breakfast Wednesday.
