SYRACUSE, N.Y. — CenterState CEO announced it has recently hired Monifa A. Wilcox as its vice president of human resources.

Wilcox comes to CenterState CEO with more than 20 years’ experience in the human-resources field. Most recently, she served as VP of HR at St. Vincent de Paul of Baltimore, a provider of community services to people suffering from hunger, homelessness, and poverty in the Baltimore region. Wilcox will also take the lead in shaping the organizational culture that leverages inclusion, trust, transparency, and accountability, the organization noted.
