This was session 2 of CenterState CEO's Return To Work Series.
As COVID-19 restrictions and protocols change, and vaccinations continue, stay informed on the many legal considerations for your business and employees. Bond, Schoeneck and King presented on employment law implications for returning to in-person work, and as you continue to adapt your on-site office policies.
The session covered:
-Issues related to vaccinations, including mandatory vaccination policies, leave, and accommodations.
-Paid leave statutes, including the Families First Coronavirus Response Act, American Rescue Plan Act, New York Paid Vaccination Law, and New York Paid Family Leave Law.
-Workplace safety plans, including drafting, implementation and keeping them up to date.
