Meet Holly Schadt, an application analyst specializing in Enterprise Resource Management (ERP) and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) at Byrne Dairy, Inc. She has been with Byrne for 17 years and has been involved in major IT projects including building new manufacturing plants, data center moves, Office 365, phone system replacement, networking, software, and hardware. During the global pandemic, Schadt also beat breast cancer in 2020 while continuing to work. In her free time, Schadt enjoys her camp at Brennan’s Beach on Lake Ontario, gardening, creative activities, and spending time with her husband and four children.
