(syracuse.com) Saveur Magazine is smitten with With Love, a new Syracuse restaurant run with support from Onondaga Community College.
The restaurant is a classroom of sorts, where students can learn about running a kitchen and business. It's also a classroom for diners: The cuisine will change every six months, showcasing foods from the kitchens of refugees and immigrants new to Syracuse.
