SYRACUSE, NY -- (syracuse.com) Max Chutinthranond calls Chicken Prig Pow "the perfect dish" to use as a showcase for his Lemon Grass restaurant during the upcoming Downtown Dining Weeks.
Downtown Dining Weeks, which runs this year from Feb. 15 to March 1, is a promotion that lures people to eat out during what otherwise might be a slow winter period between Valentine's Day and the arrival of spring. This year, a record 32 restaurants are offering the Dining Weeks deal of a three-course meal for $25 or less. "It brings a new clinetele to the restaurant, and they can see what we do and not worry about spending a lot of money," Chutinthranond said.
