PUNXSUTAWNEY, P.A. -- Today is Groundhog Day! Pennsylvania's most famous groundhog, Punxsutawney Phil, "predicted" six more weeks of winter after seeing his shadow early Thursday morning. Punxsutawney Phil has been making predictions since 1887.
