Campbell is an accomplished workforce management professional with a distinguished track record of driving operational efficiency and enabling strategic decision-making through employee development. With extensive experience in human resources spanning personnel oversight, performance management, and employee recognition programs, she brings a focused expertise in learning and development to the firm.

Prior to joining Bowers, Campbell served as a Workforce Management Professional at IBM Corporation, where she supported operational planning and team development for a geographically dispersed IT organization of over 60 professionals. Her accomplishments at IBM include leading data-informed hiring initiatives, launching reporting enhancements, and optimizing workforce skill alignment. She directed strategies that reduced redundant skills by 50%, implemented a major data correction and transition plan for IBM’s security services division, and developed training resources that improved adoption of internal tools and workflows. Additionally, Campbell streamlined reporting for leadership by synthesizing input from multiple departments and leveraged AI-powered tools to accelerate complex decision-making.

In her new role at Bowers, Campbell will lead initiatives to strengthen the firm’s internal training framework, identify skill gaps, define customized development plans, and support employee progression toward certifications and career goals. Her efforts will be instrumental in aligning team capabilities with the firm’s evolving business needs and client demands.
