CNY ATD is the local affiliate chapter of Association for Talent Development (ATD).For over 50 years,CNY ATDhas beenconnecting talent development professionals throughout the region and contributing to the growth and recognition of the profession. Currently, CNY ATD has over 120 members from various businesses covering the central part of New York State from the North Country to the Southern Tier and from the Seneca-Cayuga Corridor to the Mohawk Valley. CNY ATD is proud to have received numerous national and local recognitions, including 23 ATD recognitions over the past 16 years.
CNY ATD recently completed celebrating its 50th Anniversary acknowledging its many ongoing programs and activities including CNY BEST Talent Development Program, CNY ATD Train-the-Trainer Program, CNY ATD Scholarship Program, CNY ATD Employee Learning and CNY Champions of Learning Program, CNY ATD Orientations, Learn@Lunches, Virtual Voyage Open Forums, Coffee Chats, and various talent development professional development programs, workshops and social events.
