CNY SHRM, a local affiliate of SHRM, is pleased to announce the election of its 2024 executive board of directors:
- Caprice Reader - President
- Tiffany Falcone - President-Elect
- Rhoda Hales - Secretary
- Jay Jerose - Treasurer
The incoming executive board members will be sworn in at CNY SHRM’s holiday program on December 8, 2023, and will begin their terms on January 1, 2024.
“I would like to extend a warm welcome to CNY SHRM’s new Executive Board! Congratulations on your appointment! Your willingness to volunteer your time and effort, as well as express your opinions, has contributed to your being selected,” says Iolanda Cooper, CNY SHRM’s current President. “We trust that you will continue to work for human resource professionals in Central New York, particularly in our proud tradition of providing meaningful connections to our members. You have our full support. I wish you all the best in your new term as officers”. Iolanda recently joined SHRM’s State Council as District Director and will continue providing support as the Chapter’s immediate past president.
The executive board is responsible for overseeing the chapter’s operations and supporting CNY SHRM’s mission to support the development of local HR professionals and organizational leaders in all stages of their careers. Positions on CNY SHRM’s executive board are elected by our CNY SHRM members.
