Eastern Security Services, a leading provider of professionally monitored security and life safety solutions in Upstate NY and one of CNY’s Best Places to Work, has made several internal staffing changes entering Q4. From strategic new hires to a plethora of promotions, these changes reflect their commitment to maintaining the highest standards of service, and continuing to exceed expectations and provide top-tier protection to their clients.

In August, it was announced that Jason Polmanteer would be moving into the role of Vice President of Sales and Engineering. Jason, based out of the Eastern Security Services Syracuse headquarters, has served the company for over a decade, most recently as Installation Manager. In the weeks following his promotion, the company also announced that David Fake, an Installation Technician of nearly 25 years, would be moving into Jason’s former role as the Installation Manager.

Since August, Eastern Security Services has hired 5 new employees between their four locations. These hires include two Installation Technicians and an Account Executive – in addition to two new roles created specifically to improve client experience: a Logistics Manager and a soon-to-be-announced service billing specialist.

Lastly, the company also promoted Vinny Peone to Director of Marketing. Vinny, a former Installation Technician that joined Eastern Security in 2021, is a frequent attendee of CenterState CEO networking events and will be responsible for marketing, PR, and client education.

As this family-owned local business experiences historic, record-breaking growth for consecutive years, all eyes are on the future. Eastern Security Services has invested heavily in their team, software, and new security products that will allow them to provide unmatched and unwavering service across New York State.
