With over two decades of experience leading operations, fleet management, and regulatory compliance in DOT-regulated environments, David brings strategic insight and proven leadership to Premiere’s executive team.
His expertise in building cross-functional teams, driving process improvements, and ensuring safety and accountability has made him a respected leader in the transportation and logistics industries.
