Chief People Officer to Lead Pinnacle Holding Company Culture and Growth

Pinnacle Holding Company, LLC is pleased to announce the appointment of Jennifer Terzini as Chief People Officer. In this role, she will lead initiatives to strengthen employee experience, streamline onboarding and development, and foster stronger communication and collaboration across the Pinnacle Family of Companies.

Jennifer brings extensive experience in human resources, leadership, marketing, and business partnering, with a proven passion for cultivating people-first, high-performing cultures. Most recently, she served as a Human Resources Business Partner at SRC, where she worked closely with leadership to strengthen employee engagement and organizational growth. Her background also spans finance, operations, executive coaching, and HR leadership, positioning her as a strategic partner to employees and leadership alike.
