Child Care Solutions Relocates Syracuse Administrative Offices

SYRACUSE, NY – Child Care Solutions (CCS), a nonprofit organization that has provided child care resources and professional development in Central New York since 1975, is relocating its Syracuse administrative offices to 1101 Erie Blvd East, Syracuse, NY 13210.

Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony Invitation

To celebrate this milestone, Child Care Solutions will host a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Monday, January 12 at 10 a.m. in front of the building. Local media and community members are invited to attend.

The New Syracuse Office

The move from its previous Thompson Road location is designed to improve service accessibility for parents, caregivers, child care professionals, and providers in Onondaga County. The new facility includes expanded spaces for community engagement and professional training.

The new headquarters includes offices for CCS’s programs such as Parents Services, Child Care Registration, Child Care Business Development Coaching, Professional Development, Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health Services, Child and Adult Food Care Program, and two dedicated areas to support the local child care workforce:

  • Training Center: A dedicated space for child care professionals to complete required

in-person professional development and certification classes.

  • Technology & Digital Literacy Hub: A center equipped with digital tools to assist providers with state registration systems and online certification requirements.

Sponsorship Opportunities

As part of the transition, Child Care Solutions is offering sponsorship opportunities for these new community spaces. Local organizations can support the facility’s mission through naming rights for a children’s play area in the waiting room, Training Center, and Technology Hub and/or providing donations for essential equipment. These contributions will provide the necessary tools and funding to serve the region's child care providers and local families.

Quote

"This new headquarters is more than just an office; it’s a tangible investment in our Vision that every child is cared for in a high-quality, safe, and nurturing environment,” said Anne Napper, Executive Director. “The modern training rooms and collaborative spaces will significantly enhance our capacity to deliver high-impact education and support to early childhood professionals, directly advancing our Mission of building excellence and equal access for all children in Central New York."

“The new location is a more accessible location for our community," said Napper. “Being more centrally located and on a bus route, will make it much easier for providers to attend vital trainings, professional development sessions, and families can stop in and get the information they need to find quality child care.
