April 6, 2021 – This year marks the 30th anniversary for HR Works, a total solutions provider of Human Resource management outsourcing and consulting services. In 1991, HR Works opened its doors in Rochester, NY, building a strong local presence across Western and Central New York. Today, HR Works proudly serves clients of all sizes and industries throughout the United States, with a continued focus on national growth. HR Works remains committed to delivering quality, innovative, value-added human resource products and services that exceed client expectations. From specific HR projects to fully outsourced HR management, our tailored approach gives our clients the flexibility to engage with us based on their unique needs.

Award-Winning Employer

Over the years HR Works has been recognized for its culture, ethical business practices, and growth. In 2005, we received the one-time Rochester Business Ethics Award which honors companies who have high standards for business. As we continued to grow, we were named to the Rochester Top 100 and Inc. 5,000 lists for fastest growing private companies. We have consistently ranked as one of the Best Companies to Work for in New York State, with a top ranking of #1, and we are also certified as a Great Place to Work. All of these recognitions have come as a result of our desire to maintain a positive working environment that fosters employee growth and an unmatched standard for excellence.
