Aimée Tarin Appointed Chief Impact Officer; Jennifer Bisson Appointed Chief Legal Operating Officer

Nave Law Firm announced the appointment of two executive leadership roles, reinforcing the firm’s commitment to strong governance, operational accountability, and consistent client service.

Aimée Tarin has been appointed Chief Impact Officer, and Jennifer Bisson has been appointed Chief Legal Operating Officer, following formal approval by the firm’s Legal Management Committee.

The appointments formalize leadership work that has been underway for more than a year, during which both Tarin and Bisson worked closely with firm leadership to design, test, and implement systems supporting long-term growth, accountability, and reliable service delivery.

Chief Impact Officer Role

As Chief Impact Officer, Tarin leads the firm’s non-legal operations, internal execution, and organizational culture. Her responsibilities include oversight of administrative performance, firmwide initiatives, engagement efforts, and the systems that support both clients and staff.

With more than 13 years of experience across operations, customer service, marketing, and systems development, Tarin’s role centers on translating strategy into action while reinforcing the firm’s mission, values, and people-first philosophy.

Chief Legal Operating Officer Role

As Chief Legal Operating Officer, Bisson oversees legal operations and infrastructure, including case workflows, legal administrative teams, onboarding processes, compliance systems, billing standards, and performance reporting.

Her background includes extensive experience in legal administration and operational leadership. In her role, Bisson is responsible for ensuring consistency, compliance, and quality across the firm’s legal operations, supporting both attorneys and staff through clear structure and disciplined execution.

Leadership Designed for Sustainable Growth

“These roles reflect work that has already been happening,” said Sean Kelsey, Chief Executive Officer of Nave Law Firm. “Aimée and Jennifer have been deeply involved in strengthening the firm behind the scenes. Formalizing these positions creates clearer ownership, stronger execution, and a leadership structure built to support long-term sustainability.”

The appointments represent an intentional investment in leadership infrastructure designed to support clients, strengthen internal operations, and maintain high standards of accountability, professionalism, and service.
