Pinnacle Employee Services Announces Expansion with Addition of an In-House Recruiting Division

Posted on November 29, 2021

Syracuse, NY – November 29, 2021

Pinnacle Employee Services is excited to announce the expansion of their services with the addition of an in-house recruiting division, Pinnacle Talent Solutions. Charlotte Dieroff has joined the team as Director of Recruiting and is excited to offer their clients, as well as others, a pain free way to expand their team, helping them land solid, professionally vetted talent that fits their needs.

Charlotte Dieroff started her career in the food industry, having studied Food Science at Cornell University. She joined International Food Network (now Eurofins) that developed products for the consumer goods market, with key clients including SlimFast, Häagen-Dazs and McNeil. Charlotte transitioned from hands on product development to client management and business development before deciding to capitalize on those strengths and make the leap to the recruiting industry. She quickly learned the business and is now bringing that experience to Pinnacle Talent Solutions, focusing on both internal and external placements across a variety of industries including healthcare, finance, manufacturing, architecture, and engineering to name a few.

“I really enjoy working with our local clients, helping them expand their teams, and capitalizing on the synergies we have here at the Pinnacle Family of Companies,” says Charlotte. “By getting to know our clients first-hand, we are better able to find talent that aligns with their needs.”

Mark Pietrowski, CEO of Pinnacle Employee Services is proud of the expansion and addition of a recruiting division. “Pinnacle Employee Services has grown exponentially over the past few years. Being able to offer additional services further solidifies our dedication to helping our clients.”

About Pinnacle Employee Services

Pinnacle Employee Services was founded because they discovered many businesses couldn’t afford a full-time staff consisting of a Human Resource Professional, Risk Manager, Benefits Manager and Payroll Manager. As a Professional Employer Organization (PEO), they have the knowledge and experience needed to streamline costly processes to save their clients time and money. By delivering these services throughco-employment, they assume the responsibilities and risks associated with employee administration, payroll, benefits, and compliance giving their clients time to focus on what truly matters: growing their business.
