Terakeet Named a Top Workplace by CNY Business Journal

Syracuse, NY (September 17, 2020): Terakeet, a company headquartered in Syracuse, was recently recognized for the third year in a row as one of the best workplaces in New York by the Central New York Business Journal and its marketing partner, BizEventz. The rankings were announced at a virtual awards event held on Wednesday, September 16. Terakeet took the 3rd spot at this year’s virtual award ceremony. Terakeet was last honored at the 2019 awards, where they placed 6th.

Lynn Fraas, Chief People Officer, commented, “This award is significant because it recognizes and celebrates the ability of local employers to bring top talent to the Central New York area and cultivate a truly great workplace. It was an honor to attend this year’s virtual ceremony and celebrate our people and workplace culture as well as the accomplishments of our fellow nominees.”

Terakeet’s ranking was determined by tabulating the results of an employee engagement survey that included themes like corporate culture, role satisfaction, training, compensation and peer/manager relationships. This survey was administered by Research & Marketing Strategies (RMS), a market research and healthcare consulting firm based in Baldwinsville NY.
