Live Virtual panel

Feb. 7, 2025

Little Falls, NY—Daneli Partners, a leadership development and executive coaching firm dedicated to developing leaders, igniting their energy, and helping to drive business success, will host an “Understanding and Addressing Burnout” live virtual event at 3:30 p.m. EST Feb. 25 on Google Meet.

Burnout is a critical challenge in today’s workplace, particularly for entrepreneurial, education, and non-profit sectors, where constrained resources amplify its toll. Studies show burnout rates have risen from 19% to more than 30% in recent years.

The event’s panel of experts will provide strategies for addressing these challenges, helping organizations cultivate resilience and sustainability. The conversation will be guided by the frameworks, exercises, and discussions used in Daneli’s leadership development programs. Topics will include the causes of burnout and understanding how inequities intensify burnout risks; the symptoms of burnout, including physical, emotional, and relational effects; and actional solutions, including practical approaches leaders can initiate toward improving workplace culture.

“It seems wherever we are privileged to do our programs locally, regionally and even nationally and internationally, burnout is always a pressing challenge,” said David Casullo, Daneli Partners Founder and CEO. “In particular, in places like schools and healthcare organizations, where people in leadership roles like teachers and nurses are doing very critical work every day. As a leadership development firm, we are committed to maximizing individual potential for achievement, leadership, and teamwork by igniting energy, leveraging strengths, and clarifying what matters. This dynamic event will help companies build healthier organizational cultures, develop more adaptable leaders, and ensure employees have the energy and mindset to achieve their full potential.”
