Briggs & Stratton’s business is booming in New York. Just two years ago, the company opened its state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in Sherrill where it produces commercial turf equipment. Additionally, within the past year, the company has moved much of its residential zero-turn mower production from its headquarters in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to Sherrill and plans to move tractor production to its existing facility in Munnsville, New York, in the coming months. Between the two facilities, products from legacy brands Ferris®, Snapper®, Simplicity® and some from Billy Goat® are produced.
