This feature of CEO Insights spotlights local companies that are “Economic Champions” because of their success in adding jobs; expanding their products or services; advancing diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives; gaining national recognition or contributing to the success of the region in special ways.

J.W. Didado Electric is a beacon of excellence in the electrical contracting industry, serving homes, businesses and cities throughout many regions. The company recently opened a 24,000 square-foot facility in Syracuse, New York.

Located on a spacious 12-acre property, the Syracuse headquarters serves as the central hub for Didado's operations in New York. It houses a minimum of 18 professionals and functions as the base for its storm response team. Additionally, it will provide essential support to all divisions, overseeing the work of hundreds of highly skilled field members who handle projects of any size and type.

J.W. Didado is steadfast in its mission to drive positive transformation in communities. Community engagement is ingrained in the business and it actively supports projects that strengthen the communities its employees live in and serve.

Those initiatives include the "Train to Hire Program," which equips young adults with essential skills, fosters stable employment and bolsters local economies. This initiative not only strengthens the electrical workforce but also boosts local economies and enhances community growth.

Choosing J.W. Didado Electric goes beyond hiring an electrical contractor; it means selecting a partner in progress. The entire team is committed to supporting community, education and collaboration to shape a brighter, more powerful future for your home, business and city.
