CenterState CEO Partners to Lead Two Workforce Development Initiatives

CenterState CEO's Senior Vice President of Inclusive Growth Dominic Robinson recently spoke with Syracuse.com about two regional workforce development initiatives. CenterState CEO is partnering to lead both the Future Ready Workforce Innovation Consortium and Gov. Kathy Hochul's ON-RAMP initiative. The Future-Ready Workforce Innovation Consortium is co-led by Syracuse University and CenterState CEO; development of ON-RAMP is being facilitated by CenterState CEO, both alongside partners in academia, industry, training providers, labor, and community-based organizations and leaders.

"While there’s still a 'layer of unknown,' Robinson said, 'we have been given the green light by the state to begin the planning process, and that’s literally starting now.'

CenterState [CEO] has hired a planning consultant and has identified partners including employers, training providers, trade unions, community-based organizations (to help recruit talent and provide wraparound services), and community leaders and ambassadors."
