M3 Placement & Partnership assists companies of all sizes across various industries, to help them successfully meet the talent acquisition and strategic human resource needs of their businesses. M3’s holistic approach is guided by its mission to develop thriving teams through elevated talent acquisition and strategic human resource solutions. M3 helps companies and communities prosper by a very different model and focus for recruitment and retention in today’s competitive environment.

M3 experienced exponential growth through the formal launch of its Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) services in 2021. The addition of new services, continued innovation and commitment to delivery led to a 105% increase in revenue from 2021 to 2022 and the closing of their largest contracts to date. To accommodate this new growth, M3 added 12 employees in the last year and expanded its benefit and training offerings for employees. M3’s RPO Services led to more than 600 hires across the U.S., with 491 of those hires being in New York.

As a result of M3’s growth and commitment to giving back, Founder and CEO Mary Malone McCarthy was most recently recognized as the 2023 SBA Women in Business Champion of the year. The team at M3 launched a donor advised fund in 2022 to give back to the communities it serves, as well as the endless time its team give back through volunteer work.  M3 looks forward to continuing to help organizations and individuals thrive through their unwavering commitment to those they serve.
